Pro Stock Motorcycle rider Kelly Clontz will lead her race team into the NHRA NAPA Midwest Nationals with ArchKey on board her Vance & Hines Motorsports Suzuki, continuing a partnership that brings together two organizations built on precision, performance, teamwork and a commitment to developing people.

Clontz, who co-owns her race team with her husband, Chris, will compete at World Wide Technology Raceway while representing ArchKey, a premier installation and integrated facilities services business that builds, installs and maintains electrical, technology and specialty systems nationwide. Clontz also serves as Estimating Director for ArchKey Solutions and is based out of ArchKey Mona, giving her a unique perspective on both the company’s work and the opportunities available within the skilled trades.

For Clontz, the partnership is about much more than racing. It provides an opportunity to introduce NHRA fans and the broader racing community to the career opportunities available at ArchKey Solutions while helping shine a light on the growing need for skilled professionals across the country.

“I am so excited to continue our partnership with ArchKey and race in St. Louis, where ArchKey is headquartered,” said Clontz. “I have been with ArchKey for nine years, and it is an amazing company that I am incredibly proud to be a part of. What makes this partnership so meaningful to me is that we can use our platform in NHRA to introduce people to the opportunities that exist within the skilled trades and show them that there are rewarding careers available in this industry.”

As the demand for skilled workers continues to grow nationwide, ArchKey is focused on attracting and developing the next generation of talent. The company recognizes that reaching potential employees requires meeting people where they are, and NHRA provides an opportunity to connect with a diverse audience of fans, families and young people who may not otherwise be exposed to careers in electrical and technology services.

“The NHRA Countdown playoff races are high energy, and World Wide Technology Raceway is an incredible facility,” Clontz said. “We are looking forward to continuing to show ArchKey how much of an impact NHRA drag racing can have, not only as a fan experience, but as a recruiting tool. There are so many talented people out there who may not realize what kinds of careers are available in the trades, and I think this is a great way to start those conversations.”

ArchKey is a national leader in electrical, technology and specialty services, with a history dating back to 1925. The company has grown from a small, pioneering business into a leading national provider of electrical, technology and specialized infrastructure services, with more than $2.1 billion in annual revenue and a workforce that supports projects and customers across the country.

At the heart of that growth is its people. As ArchKey continues to expand, recruiting and developing talented professionals remains a critical part of its future. The company offers opportunities for individuals at a variety of career stages, including those looking to build careers in the skilled trades as well as professionals pursuing opportunities in project management, estimating, engineering, technology and other areas.

"We're proud to continue our partnership with Kelly and support her as she competes at the highest level of her sport," said Steve Stone, Chief Executive Officer of ArchKey. "Kelly's work ethic and commitment to excellence reflect many of the same qualities that drive success in our industry. We're excited to be part of her journey."

The workforce message is particularly important to Clontz, who has built her own career within the electrical and technology industry while simultaneously competing at the highest level of professional drag racing.

“There is so much crossover between what we do on the motorcycle and what ArchKey does every day,” Clontz said. “Everything comes down to people, preparation, communication and attention to detail. You have to have the right people in the right positions, and you have to constantly be willing to learn and improve. That is true on the racetrack and in the workplace.”

Through the partnership, Clontz will highlight ArchKey throughout the NHRA NAPA Midwest Nationals weekend through fan engagement, autograph opportunities at the team’s pit area and on-track competition.

For ArchKey, those interactions provide an opportunity to connect directly with potential employees and demonstrate that careers in the skilled trades can offer long-term opportunities for growth, development and success.

“What makes Kelly's story so compelling is that it shows there is more than one path to success," Stone added. "Through this partnership, we're able to connect with new audiences and highlight the opportunities available in the skilled trades. She's helping inspire others to pursue their goals and explore what's possible for their future.”

Clontz will continue to build on her nine years of experience competing in the Pro Stock Motorcycle class, one of the most competitive categories in the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series. With races often decided by thousandths of a second, success requires focus, preparation, teamwork and an unwavering commitment to performance. Those same qualities are at the center of the ArchKey partnership and its workforce message.

“Whether you are working on a race team or building a career, success comes down to the people around you and the effort you are willing to put in,” Clontz said. “I have been fortunate to build a career with ArchKey while also pursuing my passion for racing, and I want people to know that there are opportunities out there. You can build a career, learn a trade, develop your skills and continue to grow. We need more people in our workforce, and I am proud that we can use NHRA to help tell that story.”

Fans can catch Kelly Clontz Racing in action at World Wide Technology Raceway, follow along live all weekend on NHRA.tv, or tune in to FS1 and FOX for race coverage as the team looks to get their first career win in St. Louis.
