The July issue of NHRA National Dragster, saluting Gaige Herrera’s incredible Pro Stock Motorcycle winning streak and packed with race coverage and feature stories, is now online in digital format and in the mail in its traditional print format to NHRA Members around the world.

Race coverage in the issue spans the Bristol, Richmond, and Norwalk events, all won by Herrera aboard the Vance & Hines RevZilla Suzuki. Herrera’s class 11-race, 43-round domination is broken down and compared to that of the late, great Dave Schultz, whose records he has broken, and there’s even a free pull-out poster from Suzuki inside the issue saluting Herrera’s histrionics.

John Force’s recent accident in Virginia is on everyone’s minds and ND Editor Phil Burgess and NHRA on FOX announcer Brian Lohnes both discuss the many lenses in which this is being viewed.

Elsewhere in the issue, the 2025 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series schedule is laid out, and plans are revealed for the new construction and improvements underway at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. Looking back, we take a step 50 years into the past for a look at the amazing 1974 season and also salute the 60th anniversary of chassis builder and rear-end manufacturer Mark Williams Enterprises.

In the issue’s “Five Minutes With” interview, Funny Car newcomer Buddy Hull walks us through the first 10 races of his rookie year in the class, world champion racer Luke Bogacki issues a challenge to racers in his “Science of Winning" column, ND Senior Editor Kevin McKenna reveals his pick for June’s Racer of the Month and tech editor Evan Smith shines a light on everything new in the world of race-car switch panels.

We’ve also got complete coverage from the Wally Parks NHRA Nostalgia Nationals at Beech Bend Raceway and more NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Racing Series action from Redding, Calif., plus a whole roster of NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series events.
