Noted car designer and artist Chip Foose earned his nine-second NHRA Street Legal license recently through the Radford Racing program at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park.
Foose, who has created race-car designs for Team Kalitta and who was a recent guest at the In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals, was behind the wheel of a new Dodge Demon 170. NHRA Pacific Division Director Matt DeYoung was on hand to present Foose with his license.
