Gerber Collision joins Scrappers Racing for next two NHRA national events
Scrappers Racing has announced a new partnership with Gerber Collision & Glass for the Circle K NHRA Four-Wide Nationals at zMax Dragway and the Gerber Collision & Glass Route 66 NHRA Nationals in Joliet, Ill.
Gerber Collision & Glass will occupy the primary associate sponsorship positions on the Scrappers Racing Top Fuel dragster alongside the Petersen Museum, which came on board at the Winternationals.
“All of us at Scrappers Racing are proud to welcome Gerber Collision & Glass to the family,” said Mike Salinas, driver and owner and Scrappers Racing. “They’re truly a part of the fabric of NHRA through their event sponsorships as well as support of [NHRA’s Youth and Education Services (YES) Program].. We’re proud to represent them starting at zMAX Dragway this weekend where we hope to defend last year’s win and take home another Wally.”
Salinas is the defending champ of the Four-Wide Nationals at zMAX Dragway and currently sits in the fifth position in the NHRA Top Fuel point standings.
