Krista Baldwin will welcome IT consulting company IGTG as primary sponsorship for this weekend’s Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals. Baldwin and her team have been making big improvements to her Top Fuel program since Charlotte. Having IGTG come on board was just perfect timing for the new team owner as she is ready to improve her parts to continue to go faster.

Celebrating their 27th year, IGTG is a nationwide, architect-level IT consulting company offering directory, data and identity governance, operating systems, messaging and collaboration, security and unified endpoint management solutions for customers. With the addition of their Managed Security Service practice, they are able to venture into racing and other business owners to protect against the hacker and ransomware attacks.

"IGTG is excited, honored, and proud to join Krista Baldwin Racing as a primary sponsor for the Norwalk Nationals," said Scott Kunau, Managing Partner of IGTG. “Supporting rising stars in racing like Krista and other teams lets us embrace a personal passion for the sport, while showcasing our company on a national platform.”

Baldwin welcomes IGTG as a new partner for her race program. With the added sponsorship, she is able to handle big upgrades for the dragster.

“I’m very excited to represent a company that is new to the drag racing world,” said Baldwin. “Scott and his team came at the perfect time. I have been thinking of what direction I need to take my team, and with Scott’s help, I am able to buy new parts for the dragster. It is people like Scott who help propel me forward in my career with their support. When a company supports a small team, it makes the world of difference of what parts I am able to afford.”

In addition to IGTG, Krista would also like to welcome Mainline Sales and Breen Engineering to her roster as associate sponsors.

“It is truly humbling that people like Paul Breen and Michael Benisek would like to join my program. It just shows that they like what I can do, and they can see the vision I have for myself and my team. Top Fuel is a tough class, even cutthroat. But to be able to formulate relationships off the track is key to success. My team has been working tirelessly for the last month upgrading my program, and we hope to show our improvements on the Friday night session.”

With continued support from Lucas Oil, McLeod Racing, Composite Specialties, and Snake Enterprises, the cheetah machine is looking forward to a fast weekend.

“Looking at the entry list, one only can imagine how tough the bump is going to be this weekend. A lot of the part-time teams are 3.70s cars, and that’s where we need to step up and show that we are on the same caliber as any other part time team. In the midst of all the late nights and early mornings that we have endured the last few weeks, I think we can run with the rest of them. We are here for a good time, not a long time.”
