John Force Racing and PEAK Antifreeze welcomed attendees from the MPMC at its Yorba Linda headquarters Wednesday night ahead of the 2020 Mello Yello NHRA Drag Racing season. The championship race team hosted more than 100 representatives of media brands and manufacturers at its 18,000 square foot facility following the media trade conference in Santa Ana.

Guests got a chance to explore the former race shop, which houses dozens of John Force Racing’s former vehicles. The 16-time champion’s 1970s era Funny Cars grace the floors alongside the Top Fuel dragster Brittany Force drove to her first world championship in 2017.

Both John and Brittany, along with John Force Racing President and 2019 Funny Car world champion Robert Hight, posed for pictures and spoke to guests about the upcoming season. Brittany will compete for her second world championship with a pair of new sponsors on her Top Fuel dragster, while Force gets back in action with PEAK Antifreeze on board.

Other NHRA drag racers, like Pro Stock and Pro Mod wheelman Alex Laughlin, also got a chance to tour the facility and meet with Force in the multi-story facility. NHRA on FOX broadcaster Brian Lohnes also checked out the Yorba Linda headquarters that’s home to factory hot rods alongside former race cars.

The 2020 season kicks off with the Lucas Oil NHRA Winternationals Feb. 6-9 at Auto Club Raceway in Pomona. You can get tickets now.
