The second raceday of the 2024 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series will kick off with an early 10 a.m. start at In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip as we work towards the crowning of event champs at the Lucas Oil NHRA Winternationals.

Two weeks and 2,400 miles later, the Lucas Oil NHRA Winternationals follows in the heels of the season opener in Florida with the annual West Coast lidlifter at historic In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip, which has hosted the Winternationals since 1961.

Welcome to the 2024 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series. This weekend marks the dawn of a new era as Mission Foods will debut as the official NHRA series sponsor as historic Gainesville Raceway hosts the Gatornationals for the 55th consecutive year.

Doug Kalitta’s championship-winning final round at the In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals elicited a roar of cheers from longtime NHRA fans who have seen him compete for 26 seasons and nearly 590 events without a championship. 

Doug Kalitta clinched a long-awaited first Top Fuel title in winner-take all final against Leah Pruett while Chad Green, Aaron Stanfield, and Gaige Herrera also closed 2023 with victories at the In-N-Out Burger NHRA FInals.

Matt Hagan captured his fourth NHRA Funny Car world championship in wild fashion on the final day of the 2023 NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series season, surviving a harrowing and upset-filled filled eliminations day at the In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals.

With her round one win over Fernando Cuadra Sr., Erica Enders clinched her sixth career Camping World NHRA Pro Stock World Championship.

On Saturday at In-N-Out Burger Pomona Raceway, Gaige Herrera was crowned the Pro Stock Motorcycle champion while fields were set in Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock, and Pro Stock Motorcycle to set the stage for an epic finish to the 2023 Camping World NHRA Drag Racing Season.

The second day of qualifying for the season-ending In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals featured enough drama and excitement to last a full season, but in the end, Austin Prock, Robert Hight, Greg Anderson, and Gaige Herrera head into eliminations as the top seeds.

With victories in ten of the first 14 races and an incredible 46-4 record in elimination rounds, Gaige Herrera delivers a 14th NHRA Camping World Pro Stock Motorcycle championship to the Vance & Hines team.
