In wild action at the final West Region/Pacific Division event of the season at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Jamie Noonan clinched his first NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series Top Alcohol Dragster world championship while Sean Bellemeur, Dylan Hough and Cody Lane each earned national-event victories from the weather-delayed Mopar NHRA Las Vegas Nationals

Noonan, who was not competing at the event, clinched when two-time reigning world champ Shawn Cowie lost in the semifinals to Melanie Johnson. Cowie needed to win the event and the In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals next weekend for a championship three-peat.

Bellemeur added another milestone to his impressive career, defeating Annie Whiteley in the Top Alcohol Funny Car final. The six-time world champion recorded a 5.456-second pass at 265.85 mph to claim his 55th career national-event victory and seventh of the 2026 season. Bellemeur's performance also established low e.t. for the event.

Lane scored an important victory in Competition Eliminator, defeating Mike Dahl. Lane's .032-second reaction time gave him a significant advantage over Dahl's .130 light and his (-.56) 7.41 held off Dahl's better but later (-.62) 7.21, boosting his position in the 2026 Competition Eliminator championship chase.

Hough collected his third national-event Wally with a double-breakout victory over Don London in Top Dragster. Hough recorded a 6.224-second pass against his 6.23 dial-in, while London ran further under with 6.134 against a 6.16 dial-in.
