BIO
Derrick Reese started out bracket racing stick-shift cars as a teen, and he progressed eagerly to Mountain Motor Pro Stock and Extreme Pro Stock in PDRA competition. In 2024, third-generation drag racer Reese made his NHRA Pro Stock debut in Sonoma with the respected Kenny Delco Racing team. In his first season, Ohio-native Reese wheels a Ford Mustang formerly owned by the Pro Stock-racing Cuadra family, with an engine originally built by Frank Iaconio under the hood and crew chief John Cerbone making the calls.
