Points leader Hight bounces back from collarbone surgery to compete in Dallas

Mello Yello Funny Car points leader Robert Hight was cleared for competition at the AAA Texas NHRA FallNationals, less than two weeks after fracturing his left collarbone in a final-round crash in St. Louis. Hight had successful surgery on the break and is ready to continue his pursuit of a third championship.
